Cancellation Policy
Daytrips, Courses, Liveaboards and Packages
Phuket Daytrips:Cancellation 30 to 2 days before arrival: 100% refund
Cancellation 24 hrs before arrival: 1,000 THB
Cancellation on the day of arrival or 'no-show': No refund
Khao Lak Daytrips:Cancellation 30 to 1 days before arrival: 10% charge
Cancellation 1 day before arrival: 50% charge
Cancellation on the day of arrival or 'no-show': 100% charge
Liveaboards & Packages:Cancellation up to 60 days before departure: 10% charge
Cancellation 60 to 36 days before departure: 25% charge
Cancellation 35 to 18 days before departure: 50% charge
Cancellation up to 18 days before departure: 100% charge
